A little boy's desire to draw things, and especially people, turned into a lifelong career.

Gennady Krakovsky received his formal art education in Kiev, Ukraine and graduated with a master's degree in graphic design and book illustration.

Gennady immigrated to the United States in 1979.

In this country he worked first as a commercial artist and then as a computer game artist.

His first love, however, was painting in traditional media, which is his main focus now.
